Blue lagoon

 

Method 1

Ingredients

few handfuls ice cubes and some crushed ice

100ml blue curaçao

100ml vodka

1 lemon, juiced

1 orange, juiced

1 lime, juiced

8 maraschino cherries and 1 tsp of the syrup

200ml soda water

STEP 1

Put the ice cubes in a large jug. Pour over the curaçao, vodka, fruit juices and 1 tsp syrup from the cherries. Stir until the outside of the glass feels cold.

STEP 2

Half-fill four hurricane glasses with crushed ice, then strain in the cocktail.

STEP 3

Top up the glasses with the soda water and gently stir, then garnish with the maraschino cherries.

Method 2

Ingredients:

- 1 oz vodka

- 1 oz blue curacao liqueur

- Lemonade

- Ice

- Lemon slice for garnish

- Maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions:

1. Fill a glass with ice.

2. Add 1 oz of vodka and 1 oz of blue curacao liqueur to the glass.

3. Top up the glass with lemonade.

4. Stir gently to mix the ingredients.

5. Garnish with a lemon slice and a maraschino cherry.

6. Enjoy your Blue Lagoon cocktail!
