Tequila diablo rojo

 

Method 1

Ingredients

ice

50ml tequila blanco (we used El Jimador)

15ml lime juice

15ml sugar syrup

ginger beer

crème de cassis to finish

For the garnish

1tsp pomegranate seeds

STEP 1

Half-fill a tall glass with ice then add the tequila, lime and sugar syrup. Stir gently to combine then top up with ginger beer then stir once more.

STEP 2

Slowly pour the crème de cassis and garnish with a few pomegranate seeds dropped into the glass.

Method 2

The ingredients for Tequila Diablo Rojo typically include:

- 2 oz tequila

- 1 oz lime juice

- 1/2 oz agave nectar

- 1/2 oz grenadine

- Dash of hot sauce

To make a Tequila Diablo Rojo, combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge or chili pepper if desired. Enjoy!
