Piña colada

 

Method 1


Ingredients

120ml pineapple juice

60ml Malibu

60ml coconut cream

wedge of pineapple, to garnish (optional)


STEP 1

Pulse all the ingredients along with a handful of ice in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and garnish as you like.


For a frozen blended version

Mix the juice, rum and coconut cream together and freeze in ice cube trays. Then whiz the frozen cubes (with a couple of ice cubes if you like) to a slushy consistency.


Method 2

Ingredients:
- 2 oz white rum
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz coconut cream
- Pineapple slice and cherry for garnish
- Ice

Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine the white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and ice.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a chilled glass.
4. Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry.
5. Enjoy your refreshing Piña colada!
