Method 1

Ingredients

2 tbsp raspberry jam

50ml gin

1 tbsp lemon juice

ice

STEP 1

Stir the jam to loosen, then tip into a cocktail shaker along with the gin, lemon juice and a handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold. Strain into a chilled glass to serve.

Method 2

For a delicious Cosmonaut cocktail, you will need the following ingredients:

- 1 1/2 oz Vodka

- 1 oz Fresh lime juice

- 1/2 oz Simple syrup

- 1/2 oz Orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or Triple Sec)

- Ice

To make the Cosmonaut cocktail, follow these steps:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Add the vodka, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and orange liqueur to the shaker.

3. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.

4. Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass.

5. Garnish with a lime wheel or twist.
