Boulevardier

 Method 1

Ingredients

25ml bourbon

25ml sweet vermouth

25ml Campari

ice

orange peel twist, to garnish

STEP 1

Pour the bourbon, vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass, jug or cocktail shaker. Add a large handful of ice, and stir until the outside of the glass feels very cold.

STEP 2

Strain the cocktail into an ice-filled tumbler, and garnish with a twist of orange peel.

Recipe tip

The proportions listed are equal parts, but depending on your preference, you could use 30ml bourbon and 20ml of the other ingredients.

Method 2

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 oz Bourbon or Rye whiskey

- 1 oz Sweet vermouth

- 1 oz Campari

- Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.

2. Add the Bourbon or Rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, and Campari.

3. Stir well until chilled.

4. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass over fresh ice.

5. Garnish with an orange twist.

6. Enjoy your Boulevardier cocktail!
