Boozy dark delight

 

Method 1

Ingredients

small handful of ice cubes (optional)

25ml orange liqueur

25ml whisky

200ml stout

chocolate orange shavings, to garnish (optional)

STEP 1

Drop a few ice cubes, if using, into a short glass and pour over the orange liqueur and whisky.

STEP 2

Top up the drink with the stout, then garnish with the chocolate orange shavings, if you like.

Method 2

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of dark rum

- 1 cup of chocolate liqueur

- 1 cup of strong brewed coffee

- 1/2 cup of heavy cream

- Dark chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, heat the coffee and chocolate liqueur over medium heat until warm.

2. In a separate saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just starts to boil.

3. Remove both saucepans from the heat and stir the heavy cream into the coffee and chocolate mixture.

4. Stir in the dark rum.

5. Pour the mixture into mugs or glasses.

6. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings.

7. Serve and enjoy your Boozy Dark Delight!
